Body & Soul
We are all spiritual beings living this human experience. Our sole purpose to being here is to learn lessons that this life has to offer. No one has given us a manual to navigate this life, but I believe that the more that we can tap into our inner truth & strength, the more we can understand our role & purpose in this lifetime. In order to tap into this wellspring of knowledge, we must start by grounding into our bodies which will allow us to connect to our souls. We can also start to identify with what our soul’s purpose is through our connection to the stars. My mission in this lifetime is to wake up the essence & spirit that each human innately has been given. We are all Divine Beings with important roles in this lifetime, but we must start seeing that light within ourselves. It’s time that we start taking our power back and see that light that we radiate in this world. It’s time that we stop disconnecting from our bodies & souls, but rather, start embodying the very reason to our existence.
About ME
I graduated from the University of Arizona with my Bachelor’s in Elementary Education. I found out quickly that teaching 2nd grade was not my path. I started my career in fitness in 2017 when I got my personal training certification through ISSA while prepping for my first of two body building shows. I have trained 40+ clients of all ages with very different health backgrounds and personal goals. I am ISSA & CPR certified and have my certification in corrective exercise as well. I am extremely passionate about helping others achieve their goals in a sustainable way that changes their life forever.
With all of my background in anatomy and how the body works, I soon realized that my purpose was bigger than just personal training. I have always had a deep passion for astrology but I never had any concrete background in it, other than reading my weekly horoscopes online. I decided to make my passion a reality and registered in Debra Silverman’s Applied Astrology School in 2020 which was 12 week program that changed the entire course of my life. I truly fell in love with myself for exactly who I am for the first time in my life and I was finally able to step into my soul’s purpose. Shortly after finishing DSA’s course, I took an intensive Synastry Astrology course with Malika Semper as well as an Advanced Tarot Class with the Spritual Gayz.
I have realized that we cannot live disconnected from our bodies & souls anymore. We must integrate the two together because we can’t have one without the other. Now it is my life’s mission to help others come home to their bodies while falling in love with who they are to their cores. I am here to help others see the light within themselves in hopes that they start radiating that light throughout the world.
